Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and unopened.
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Opened or used beauty products
How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label for defective items.
- Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
